Favourite Holiday Destination: West Indies because of the lovely waters and the many watersports and there's always a pleasant atmosphere, especially Antigua where you can go to a different beach on every day of the year.
Favourite Ground: The Melbourne Cricket Ground because the atmosphere is lovely and we won the World Cup there; Lord’s because of the tradition, and the Gaddafi Stadium at home.
Least Favourite Ground: Probably anywhere I haven't scored many runs. I wouldn't like to say, let me give that some more thought.
Most Memorable Match: There are a few: The World Cup semifinal and final in 1992; when I scored my 329 against New Zealand (in 2002); my 100th Test match in Bangalore when I scored 184, and my 138 against Bangladesh at my home ground of Multan in my first game back ater getting dropped.
Match You Most Want to Forget: The ODI against India in 2004 when we scored almost 350 to win but fell six runs short. I scored 122 but because we didn't get the 350 we needed it is a painful memory.
Your Cricket Heroes: Viv Richards and Imran Khan.
Greatest Influence: Imran Khan, generally.
Favourite Non-Cricketing Sportsman: Maradona. He was a genius.
Toughest Opponent: Australia as a team and Glenn McGrath as a player.
Best Friend in Cricket: Mushtaq Ahmed.
Funniest Man in Cricket: Mushy.
Funniest Man in the World: Probably Mushy again!
Most Embarrassing Moment: The 2003 World Cup when I scored 19 runs in six innings.
If You Weren't a Cricketer...: I’m not sure what I would be but maybe something connected to real estate as I like that business.
Name a skill of yours that may surpsie us: I’m not a bad striker. I score a few goals in training when I’m playing with the boys.
